The second album from this Swedish band. They're blending eastern folk and world music with progressive, psychedelic and symphonic rock into their own personal and melancholic style. The music is rather unique with lot of sitars, and they really can't be compared them to any other bands.
There are influences of Dead Can Dance and spiritual 4AD bands as well as the late 60s psychedelic movement but with the typical Swedish progressive rock flavour running through the music.
Steeped in fantasy, almost Tolkienesque, and ancient pagan mysticism. Haunting and beautiful yet warm and homely.
